FAMILY VIOLENCE

Family Violence is dealt with a little differently by the court so there are options available to minise the disruption to you and your family. 

DISCHARGE WITHOUT CONVICTION

Even if you pled guilty to a charge it doesn't necessarily mean you will be convicted and end up with a criminal record. You can apply to the court for a discharge without conviction. To achieve this you will likely need to mitigate the seriousness of your offending in some way, call me to discuss what steps you can take now to improve your chances of a discharge.
